REFUND POLICY:

Any changes to an order (cancellation OR switching class sessions etc) must be made at least 10 days prior to the start of the session purchased. ClayFolk cannot offer refunds for a class if the change is requested after this date. We charge a $15 processing fee for any refunds.

2 hr - Kids Ornament Making Workshop

  • Class Fee: $60

The Holiday Season is right around the corner! Preserve this special time of childhood imagination and creativity into a Holiday ornament that can be displayed year after year!

We invite kids to come and play with clay for this 2 hour workshop in which they can decorate special hand-crafted ornaments in our annex studio space (The Mud Room)!

We will fire and glaze up to 2 ornaments and they are welcome to take home unfired work as well which can be let to air dry.

In The Mud Room (Halfway up the hill on Minna St, before turning through the gate & down the ramp to ClayFolk main studio)

We are so excited to help your child make sweet family holiday gifts that will carry on as part of the family!

Your ornaments will be available for pickup within a few weeks before the holidays!

Includes:

    • The clay that kids will need to make their ornaments

    • Use of studio machinery, tools and equipment

    • Colorful slips to decorate your pieces

    • Firing & clear glazing (if desired) of up to 2 ornaments

      • *Any additional pieces that you would like fired can be added at an additional cost

  • Q: Do I have to reserve my spot ahead of time or can I just show up?

  • A: Unfortunately not, we can only accommodate bookings made in advance.

  • Q: If I wanted to take a class after I take this taster, how do I do that?

  • A: Sure. Simply go onto our website and sign up for any of our intro/beginner classes.

  • Q: What’s the age limit for the class?

  • A: 16. Anyone 16 or older may be present without a guardian as long as their guardian has signed the student agreement for them.

  • Q: Can I bring my child?

  • A: Sadly not to the class.
