After School Clay Club

REFUND POLICY:

Any changes to an order (cancellation OR switching class sessions etc) must be made at least 10 days prior to the start of the session purchased. ClayFolk cannot offer refunds for a class if the change is requested after this date. We charge a $15 processing fee for any refunds.

6 week - After School Clay Club

  • Class Fee: $315 (10% discount for additional sibling - includes all materials for the class, plus take home pieces)

A weekly creative haven for kids who love to make, imagine, and get their hands muddy.

Join us for six weeks of clay exploration, creativity, and connection in ClayFolk's welcoming studio environment. Each week, students will learn foundational handbuilding techniques while creating unique projects inspired by nature, storytelling, animals, functional pottery, and their own imaginations.

This class is designed to nurture creativity, confidence, and craftsmanship through process-based learning and plenty of room for personal expression. Whether your child is brand new to clay or already loves working with ceramics, they'll be guided through projects that are engaging, skill-building, and fun.

Ages: 7–12

Tuition includes all clay, glazing, firing, and finished pieces to take home. Space is limited to ensure plenty of individual attention and a supportive studio experience.

Includes:

    • clay for the class

    • Firing/baking of your pottery

    • Glazes/materials

    • Use of studio tools and equipment

    • 6x 2hour hour class sessions in our new studio space.

Projects include: all things that evolve from your childs clay play. Projects may include: pinch pots, coil built pieces, sculptures etc

  • Q: Can I make up a class?

  • A: Unfortunately not, we recommend you do everything you can to make each class as each has important information, but you do have open studio time all week to come and play.

  • Q: When are Open Studio Hours?

  • A: this class does not include open studio hours

  • Q: What’s the age limit for the class?

  • A: this class is geared for littles ages 7-12 years old. Please reach out to us if you’d like to bring a child older than 5.
