REFUND POLICY:

Any changes to an order (cancellation OR switching class sessions etc) must be made at least 10 days prior to the start of the session purchased. ClayFolk cannot offer refunds for a class if the change is requested after this date. We charge a $15 processing fee for any refunds.

3 week: Little Hands Weekend Series

  • Class Fee: $225 (includes all materials for the class, plus take home pieces)

  • Siblings discounted rate: 10% discount for additional sibling

Join us for a joyful three-week clay adventure designed for young makers and their grown-ups. In this hands-on class, children will explore the magic of clay through playful projects that encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence.

Each week, students will learn foundational handbuilding techniques while creating functional and sculptural pieces inspired by nature, storytelling, imagination, and the changing seasons. Our teachers guide each child at their own pace, helping them develop new skills while celebrating the creative process.

This mixed-age class is designed to be welcoming for both first-time clay explorers and children who already love working with ceramics.

Sundays | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

August Session: August 16th, 23rd & 30th

September Session: September 13th, 20th & 27th

October Session: October 11th, 18th & 25th


Ages 4–10

Tuition: $225 per child
Sibling Rate: 10% discount for additional sibling, 15% for any sibling after that.

Includes:

    • clay for the class

    • Firing/baking of your pottery

    • Glazes/materials

    • Use of studio tools and equipment

    • 3x 3hour hour class sessions in our new studio space.

Enrollment is limited to 10 students with two teachers to ensure plenty of individual attention and support.

Projects include: all things that evolve from your childs clay play. projects may include pinch pots, small sculptures, magical creatures and more…

Follow-up class suggestions: our 6 week after school clay club is a great follow up to this one or stay tuned for our other kids offerings including programs for homeschool families coming soon.

  • Q: Can I make up a class?

  • A: Unfortunately not, we recommend you do everything you can to make each class as each has important information, but you do have open studio time all week to come and play.

  • Q: When are Open Studio Hours?

  • A: this class does not include open studio hours

  • Q: What’s the age limit for the class?

  • A: this class is geared for littles ages 4-10 years old. Please reach out to us if you’d like to bring a child older than 5.
